These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and StillGrounded Labs about how you may use our website, apps, guides and consultations. Welcome to StillGrounded Labs. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the StillGrounded Labs website, the Steady Shift application, the Return to North guide and consultation services, the Calm Compass Home tools, and all related digital tools, AI-powered coaching, print resources, and educational materials. The Services are operated by Amanda Neiley operating as StillGrounded Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada.
1. Description of Services
StillGrounded Labs provides wellness technology and educational tools designed for women in leadership, midlife professionals, and students. Our Services include: • Steady Shift: A daily regulation app providing nervous system resets and reflection tools. • AI Reflection & Coaching: Guided journaling and AI-driven coaching sessions. • Steady Motion: Physical movement and strength-based workout content. • Print Resources: Digital and physical journals and mindset tools. • StillGrounded Learning: Educational tools and resources for students and learners. • Return to North Compass Check: A free online quiz that helps you identify your current compass direction (North, East, South, or West) and provides a personalized summary. • Return to North Beginner Guide: A $15 CAD one-time digital PDF download covering the Return to North framework, compass directions, reflection prompts, and printable worksheets. • Return to North Personal Consultation: A $197 CAD one-time 60-minute private session with Amanda, including a pre-session Compass Check, a personalized North/East/South/West map, a written Personal North Plan, and a fourteen-day action plan. • Calm Compass Home: A family wellness app and bundle designed to help parents and children build shared language for emotions and calming tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account for our adult-oriented wellness services. Use of the StillGrounded Learning branch by minors must be facilitated by a parent, guardian, or educational institution. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Wellness and Professional Disclaimer
StillGrounded Labs is not a medical or mental health provider. • Not Clinical Advice: The content provided through Steady Shift, AI coaching, and our physical movement tools is for informational and self-regulation purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. • Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician, therapist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health concern. • Assumption of Risk: By participating in "Steady Motion" or any physical movement prompts, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all risk for your health and well-being and waive any claims against StillGrounded Labs arising from physical injury.
4. AI-Powered Services (AI Reflection & Coaching)
Our Services may include artificial intelligence features such as AI-generated reflection prompts, summaries, coaching-style responses, and other automated insights. • Nature and Limits of AI: AI-generated outputs are automated, may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or biased, and may not be appropriate for your specific situation. • Not Professional Advice / Not Emergency Use: AI-Powered Services are for informational and self-reflection purposes only and do not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not use the AI-Powered Services for emergency situations. • Your Responsibility for Decisions: You are solely responsible for how you interpret, use, and act on any AI-generated output. • Sensitive Information: You agree not to submit highly sensitive personal information, personal information of others without their permission, or highly confidential corporate information into the AI-Powered Services.
5. Founding Member Lifetime Access, Subscription and Payments
• Founding Member Lifetime Access (Early Release): A one-time payment of $9.99 CAD grants the purchaser lifetime access to the "Early Release" edition of Steady Shift, including all current resets and reflection tools available at the time of purchase, and any updates, bug fixes, and maintenance releases to that edition. • What Lifetime Access Does Not Include: "Lifetime access" does not necessarily include future expanded or materially different versions of Steady Shift, premium features, add-on services, new product lines, or separate tiers that may be introduced later. • One-Time Fees and Taxes: Prices are shown in CAD unless otherwise stated. • Payment Processing: Payments may be handled by third-party processors. We are not responsible for processor outages or errors, but we will work with you in good faith to help resolve payment issues where feasible. • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. • Return to North Beginner Guide ($15 CAD): This is a one-time purchase with immediate digital delivery. No physical shipping is involved. Under the StillGrounded Promise, if you download the guide and feel it does not give you a clear, supportive place to begin, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@stillgroundedlabs.com. We will either help you find the most useful section for your situation or refund your purchase. • Return to North Personal Consultation ($197 CAD): This is a one-time payment for a 60-minute private session, processed via Stripe checkout. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. After your purchase, Amanda will follow up by email to schedule your session and send your pre-session Compass Check. If, by the end of the session, you do not feel that a clear and realistic next step has been identified, Amanda will schedule a complimentary 20-minute follow-up to complete your plan.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to the Steady Shift resets, the Regulated Leader Reset journals, software, branding, logos, and educational curriculum, is the exclusive property of Amanda Neiley operating as StillGrounded Labs. • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission.
7. StillGrounded Learning
The StillGrounded Learning branch is intended to provide ad-free educational tools for students. While these tools are supported by adult subscriptions, users of the Learning tools must adhere to these same Terms regarding intellectual property and prohibited conduct.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, bypass, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the app or website. • Use the Services to generate, share, or promote content that is hateful, violent, harassing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful. • Input sensitive medical data, highly confidential corporate information, or personal information of others into AI coaching tools. • Interfere with other users' ability to use the Services or engage in conduct that threatens the safety of others.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StillGrounded Labs and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Services, any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, or unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, your use poses a security risk, or we are required to do so by law. Founding Member Lifetime Access may be revoked if your account is terminated for a material breach of these Terms, including misuse of the AI-Powered Services, prohibited conduct, fraud, or security-related violations.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
